Dr Safak Arslantürkoglu participated as a speaker in the ETH Zurich/SUZI webinar on the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquake sequence. During the webinar, he presented an overview of Türkiye's seismic design provisions and discussed the damage observed following the earthquakes.
The webinar provided an important platform for sharing knowledge and discussing the challenges arising in the aftermath of such major seismic events.
