openings on several sides. In 2024, LEO Consulting was commissioned to assess the global seismic safety of the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff2a0bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-naylatextwrapper\" data-id=\"ff2a0bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"naylatextwrapper.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper no-margin\">\n\n    <p class=\"has-anim-text wordsUp  text-p  false\" data-stagger=\"0.04\" data-duration=\"1.5\"data-delay=\"0\"data-scrub=\"false\" data-pin=\"false\"> Based on the available drawings, site photographs and information collected on site, the structure was analysed with regard to its seismic behaviour. Due to limited material information and the geometry of the tower, a simplified mechanical model was adopted, which is suitable for vertically oriented structures such as towers. In addition to the structural evaluation, potential scenarios involving life safety, economic losses and operational impacts were considered. Alongside the requirements of SIA 269\/8, international guidelines supporting such risk-based evaluations were also taken into account.
